Guest speaker: Hongbo (Daisy) Liu
Bio: Dr. Daisy Liu is a Senior Lecturer at Surrey Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Surrey. She received her PhD degree in Business Administration from Temple University in 2019, following a Master’s degree from University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University. Her research interests include digital marketing, social media, consumer behavior and cross-cultural studies. She has published over 30 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters. Her work has appeared on leading tourism and hospitality journals, including Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, and Annals of Tourism Research. Several of her papers have been recognized as ESI highly cited papers. Dr. Liu actively serves as a peer reviewer for more than ten journals, and as an editorial board member for three journals, including Journal of Travel Research, and Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management.
