Speaker Profile

Alumnus of the 2013 Batch, Surrey International Institute, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. PhD in Management, University of Warwick. Currently Assistant Professor at Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG), University of Warwick, UK.

Her main research areas include corporate innovation, digital technology adoption, artificial intelligence and organizational strategy, international business and supply chain management. Rooted in innovation management research, her work focuses on how digital technologies and AI shape work practices, creativity and corporate innovation performance. She conducts multi-level empirical studies using quantitative methods including econometrics, natural language processing and experimental design. Her research has been published or under review in international journals such as Research Policy, Journal of Product Innovation Management, and Scientific Reports.
