Student Research Assistant Program

The Student Research Assistants Program operates on a project-driven basis, involving a mutual selection process between teachers and students, subject to final approval by the Institute. Each March, the RDO facilitates the submission of research topics, requirements, and quota limits by teachers. Teachers can recruit Research Assistants for ongoing and planned research projects. Students submit their applications directly to the teachers, who then select their preferred candidates and submit their choices to the Institute for approval. Upon successful completion of their research assistant duties, teachers are required to issue a certificate letter to the students, acknowledging the projects they participated in and their contributions during their tenure. Additionally, recommendation letters are provided to support the students' further academic pursuits.
