Speaker Bio

Prof. Hu Shiqian is Vice Dean and PhD Supervisor of the School of Public Administration. He completed his full academic program and obtained all his degrees in Management at Seoul National University. He serves as a policy advisor for local and provincial governments, with rich experience in public administration research. He has led a number of high-level research projects, published dozens of academic works, and has long been engaged in producing high-impact decision-consulting outputs for policy-making.
