Programme Introduction

Aligned with the national strategy of building "New Liberal Arts," the Tourism Management Program is dedicated to providing intellectual support and talent resources in the field of tourism management for Chinese modernization. The program aims to cultivate high-caliber professionals who possess firm political beliefs and a correct worldview, outlook on life, and values; harbor profound patriotism and a strong sense of social responsibility; and demonstrate outstanding capabilities in innovation, practical application, digital intelligence, and analysis. Students will be equipped to translate their academic knowledge of tourism management into practical skills and experience. Graduates will emerge as change-makers and leaders driving innovation in China's tourism management, as well as managerial talents fostering the prosperous development of the global tourism industry and cultural exchanges.

In today's era of a global digital wave, the program adopts a dual-core drive of "Tourism + Digital," integrating modern computer science with contemporary management concepts in its curriculum. Through these courses, students will systematically master enterprise-level tools, including Python (data scraping), Tableau (data visualization), SPSS Modeler (business data analysis), REVISM (operations simulation), and HubSpot (digital customer relationship management).
